We have pharmacists and pharmacy interns specially trained to provide diabetic care to improve your life as a diabetic. This six month course provides one-on-one education on six modules designed to give you the knowledge to improve your management of diabetes. These modules are provided once a month and are customized to your schedule.

SCREENINGS
In conjunction with the University of Colorado, Skaggs School of Pharmacy, we provide various health screenings. Our screenings include FREE diabetic A1C checks, lipid panel tests, and blood pressure checks. Along with these screenings, disease state management education and medication reviews are also available to all our patients. One of our goals at Hoffman Drug is to promote healthier living through disease prevention. We will work in collaboration with YOUR health care providers to optimize your health care.

Sync Rx is a program designed to make sure all of your prescriptions are filled and ready on the same day each month. Our pharmacists will do a comprehensive medication therapy review, and you will have fewer trips to the pharmacy!
